Dear Friends in Wellington-Halton Hills:
Together, we continue to confront the COVID-19 public health emergency. Everyone is pulling together and doing their part, particularly those working on the “frontlines.”
While we continue to practice physical distancing, there are many people who continue to work to ensure we are safe, healthy, and have access to the supplies we need.
To our truck drivers, custodians, waste collectors, grocery clerks, farmers, journalists, municipal employees, police officers, fire fighters, healthcare professionals, and everyone continuing to work in essential services during these difficult times: THANK YOU!
Our doctors, nurses, personal support workers, technicians, and other healthcare professionals have said it best: They stay at work for us, so we need to stay home, whenever possible, for them. Flattening and planking the curve is essential to ensure our healthcare system is not overwhelmed and that we can all get through this together.
During this time, our Wellington-Halton Hills Provincial Riding Office is also practicing physical distancing, please know we are still available by phone and e-mail to assist you on matters involving the Provincial Government.
Until I see you again, keep well, stay safe, and take care.
Ted Arnott, MPP
